Met up with Ela on Friday at the gym before we were planning on meeting the rest of our friends for a crafting party later. We pretty much ignore our shoulders so we though it was time to show them a little love!
First I went out and ran a quick 3 mile warm up while Ela stayed in to walk a bit on the treadmill and use the recumbent bike (we traded places being sick this past week). We met back up on the mats to stretch a bit before hitting the weights.
We used several different dumbbells for the arm raises, curls, and shoulder press, as well as a pair of benches and a plate for the tricep dips, and a medicine ball for the wall balls.
